01 General Terms & Eligibility

Spbetl is an internationally licensed online betting and gaming platform serving users in Bangladesh. By accessing and using this platform, you agree to be bound by the terms and conditions set out below.

Eligibility requirements

• You must be at least 18 years old at the time of registration.
• You must be a legal resident of Bangladesh.
• Each person may register one account only.
• Accounts created in someone else's name or without their consent will not be considered valid.
• Spbetl employees and their immediate family members are not permitted to create accounts.

02 Account Registration & Management

You must provide accurate and truthful information when creating an account on spbetl. spbetl reserves the right to suspend any account at any time if incorrect information is found.

Information required for registration

• Full name (as per National ID)
• Active mobile number (for OTP verification)
• Email address
• Date of birth
• Preferred payment method number

Account Security

You are solely responsible for keeping your account password and login credentials secure. Allowing anyone else to access your account is prohibited. If you notice any suspicious activity, contact support immediately.

03 Deposit & withdrawal rules

Spbetl supports deposits and withdrawals via bKash, Nagad, and Rocket. Specific limits and rules apply to each transaction.

Deposit-related

• Minimum deposit: ৳300
• Maximum single deposit: ৳50,000 (may vary by tier)
• Deposits are typically credited to your balance within 5–15 minutes
• Deposits must always be made from your own registered number

Withdrawal-related

• Minimum withdrawal: ৳300
• Withdrawals can only be made to your registered number
• If you have an active bonus, withdrawals may be held until the wagering requirement is met
• Large withdrawals will require additional verification if KYC has not been completed
• Standard withdrawals process in 30–60 minutes; VIP members receive priority processing

04 Bonus & Promotion Terms

All bonus offers at spbetl come with specific terms and conditions. Please read them carefully before claiming any bonus.

General Bonus Terms

• A bonus can only be claimed once per deposit
• Bonuses cannot be withdrawn until the wagering requirements have been completed
• Minimum odds are generally 1.50 — bets placed at lower odds will not count toward wagering requirements
• Bonuses expire and are cancelled automatically once their validity period ends
• Multiple bonuses can be active at the same time, but each must be wagered separately
• The welcome bonus is available to new members one time only

Bonus Abuse

If spbetl detects unusual betting patterns aimed at exploiting the bonus system — such as betting only at minimum odds, pair betting, or hedging — the relevant bonus and any associated winnings will be voided.

05 Betting Rules

All players on spbetl are required to follow certain rules when placing bets. These rules apply equally to everyone.

Bet acceptance & cancellation

• Confirmed bets cannot generally be cancelled
• If an event is cancelled, all stakes will be refunded
• If incorrect odds are displayed due to a technical error, spbetl reserves the right to void the affected bet
• If team changes made before kick-off are not reflected in the odds, spbetl reserves the right to review and revise the relevant bets

Live Betting Rules

• Spbetl reserves the right to accept or reject bets placed during a live match
• If a bet is processed late due to network delay, it will be settled at the odds available at the time of processing
• Betting closes before the match result is announced

Maximum win limit

The maximum win amount per bet varies by game and market type. This limit is displayed on the bet slip.

06 Responsible Gaming Policy

Spbetl firmly believes that gaming should be a source of enjoyment — and that it should never have a negative impact on anyone's life. With that in mind, we have introduced a set of tools and policies to support responsible play.

Self-control tools

• Deposit Limit: Set daily, weekly, or monthly limits
• Loss Limit: If your losses exceed a set limit, betting will be automatically suspended
• Cooling Off: Take a break for anywhere between 24 hours and 30 days
• Self-Exclusion: Suspend your account for 6 months or close it permanently

Creating or using an account is strictly prohibited for anyone under 18. spbetl reserves the right to verify any account it deems suspicious.

07 Account Suspension & Closure

Spbetl may temporarily or permanently close an account for any of the following reasons:

• Registration with false or fraudulent information
• Multiple accounts
• Evidence of bonus abuse or fraudulent activity
• Betting on behalf of or in the name of a third party
• Money laundering or suspicious financial activity
• Disrespectful behavior toward support staff
• Exploiting Technical Vulnerabilities

Any real-money balance remaining in your account at the time of closure (excluding bonuses) will be refunded, provided it has not been forfeited due to a breach of terms.

08 Privacy & Data Protection

Protecting your personal information is one of spbetl's core responsibilities. We adhere to international data protection standards.

• Your information is never sold to third parties
• All transaction data is secured with SSL encryption
• KYC information is used solely for verification purposes
• You can opt out of marketing communications at any time

09 Dispute resolution

If you have a complaint, contact our support team first. Most issues are resolved within 48 hours.

• Disputes regarding bet outcomes must be submitted within 72 hours of the match ending
• Payment disputes: targeted resolution within 14 business days
• Bonus disputes: must be raised within 24 hours of the bonus being credited
• If your issue remains unresolved by support, you may escalate it to the licensing authority

10 Changes to terms

Spbetl reserves the right to update these Terms & Conditions at any time. Any changes will be communicated via your registered email and in-app notifications.

Continued use of the platform after any changes have been made will be considered acceptance of the updated terms. If you do not agree with the changes, you have the option to close your account.
